Recipe of the Month:
4 ripe avacados
2 cups of kale leaves, chopped or torn
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
3 tomatoes chopped
1/4 minced onion
2 jalapeno chiles, or less if you do not want too hot
1 clove of garlic
juice of 2 limes
1/4 cup of fresh chopped cilantro
