Recipe of the Month:
“Kale Guacamole”
4 ripe avocados
2 cups of kale leaves, chopped or torn
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
Three tomatoes chopped
1/4 minced onion
Two jalapeno chiles, or less if you do not want too hot
One clove of garlic
juice of 2 limes
1/4 cup of fresh chopped cilantro
Perfect and healthy Guacamole!
