Recipe of the Month:
Kefir is great for the dairy or lactose sensitive, because the good bacteria in the the kefir helps to digest the lactose therefore it does not contribute to digestive disturbances. It helps provide calcium, potassium and protein in addition to the good bacteria to build a healthy ecosystem and environment inside your body and digestion system.
Great Blue Berry Kefir
1-2 cups of kefir fermented in raw goat milk for at least 24 hours.
1 cup of fresh plump blue berries
Place the kefir, and blueberries in vitamix or blender, add a tablespoon of agave nectar, blend.
split the results with your loved one, so both of your digestion can benefit!

Lacanche Stoves:
If you are a serious cook, and like to really “fire” up a nutritious meal for family and friends, check out the professional French Range for the home. “Lacanche” stoves are heavy duty, hand built and shipped from France. My stove is the Cluny 1400, it has 6 burners and a warming tray used to simmer my soups, and to sear. Since I also have the warming oven (do not believe in Microwaves) I use it to warm plates, and keep completed dishes warm. I also use the warming oven as a dehydrator for some of my raw food recipes. It is the finest piece of kitchen furniture I have ever purchased, and well worth it. To find out more check out www.frenchranges.com, or call them and ask for Stan, tell him Angel sent you!
